Below is the most important part of any book, the first page from "Beige Neutron". Thousands of years in the future, you are tasked with solving a cold case. A series of murders slows your progress, but in the end, it will aid you. Anyone can be a serial killer, so don't trust a single soul. Try rare alien cuisine as you dodge gunfire. If someone asks if you got any moon dust, it's a cult reference.

{Hello, stranger; this is not how I wanted to meet you. These files are redacted for the betterment of… well it was supposed to be just for top military personnel and top government leaders. So, the betterment of everyone else, or as many people as possible. I will warn you now, that you will read information and details that will challenge all of your current thinking. Throughout my young life adults told us the world was hard, but not the full truth. Therefore, trust yourself above everything else.}

{More importantly, the deep cold space has always been a calling card to adventures, each galaxy becoming a new chapter to write. Endless planets and stars to explore, and the possibility that all life can work together is stronger now than ever. Old tails can help us answer modern and puzzling questions, some tails can even guide us into the future. Where there is curiosity there is danger, but we choose how close we get to it. Once held as childish and naive, can grow into savage murder and wild treachery. Can solving a cold case solve new murders and disappearances?}

{The past is outdated and limited by its period, if our knowledge explains with space then we can grow. I do wonder about laws in endless space, they can last the length of time itself. Most of my co-workers were born in space, but I was lucky to be born on Mars. It took some time to gain the respect of the Universal Council (UC), but it was worth it. My first hundred cases do not compare to how surprised I was to earn the right to reopen a historical case. I can not understate how much the most powerful do not want the common to know.}

{The day starts like no other, but it’s too warm and windy for a fake spring day. Every news report noted it too, like everyone knew something wasn’t right. It only took minutes for neighboring shops to notice the flames taking almost the whole shop. Most people at that time thought it was a gas leak just by the flames. If the firefighters didn’t put the fire out in time it may have consumed a whole city block. Now in the present day, the first step is collecting all the boxes from long-term storage.}
