Three-night dream

  1. This dream spans three nights, and I will try to add every detail on each night. This set of dreams has been repeating as well, so I will try not to repeat myself.

    1. Night one:

      1. I was inside a pod partly filled with water. I barely made out the outline of the larger room it was in. The pod opens up, and I sit up, noticing that I am completely alone. There was a stack of clean clothes nearby, and I was able to find my size. I went to the connecting hallway, and I had a choice between going left or right. I pick the brighter left side of the hallway; there are seven doors along the hallway.

      2. The first door was locked, so I went to the next one. The room was empty and windowless. The third room had four empty pods that matched my pod. The fourth room had spare parts of AI robots, like motherboards and wires. In the fifth room was an office cubicle, and a gold key was on the desk. This might unlock the first door, so I took it with me.

      3. The sixth door was a cleaning closet filled with supplies for months. The last door on the left had a strange symbol on the doorknob. It looked like a sphinx, but it was worn down with age. The door opened with a loud creaking sound, and inside was a wooden box. The box was locked, so I tried the gold key and it opened it. There was a pair of broken glasses and a working small flashlight.

      4. Taking both, I made it back to my pod. I looked down the right side of the hallway. There are eight rooms on this side, and there are no overhead lights. The flashlight was bright enough that I felt comfortable exploring. The first room had a huge tree; it had roots through the tilted floor. Its branches were in the ceiling, and it had to be one hundred years old. I might have tripped over a root because I woke up back in my reality.

    2. Night two:

      1. I was under the same tree from the night before. I could hear birds singing, but I couldn’t see them. It could be coming from the speakers in the corners of the room. There was red and purple fruit hanging from a branch. So I picked one, mixed it with the liquid from the pod. The combination bubbled, so something was poisonous by the rotting fumes coming up.

      2. I marked the door so I would remember where I started. The first door on the right was partly open. There was a pod, but it was almost filled with a red liquid. I could see a body inside the misty pod, so I closed the door and marked it. The second room was locked, and the gold key didn’t open it. The third room was open; it had four broken pods, as if something had burst out of each one.

      3. There were a few ceiling panels on the floor. I left the room clueless and curious. The fifth room was empty, but smelled of trash and rotting food. The sixth room was locked, and the gold key didn’t work. The seventh room was locked, but the gold key opened it. I carefully opened the door, and inside was another office cubicle.

      4. I found a silver key in one of the drawers. As I turned to the doorway, I woke up back in my reality.

    3. Night three:

      1. I was under the tree again, holding the silver key. The door was locked, but I could hear people on the other side. They were talking about something attacking everyone, like an alien aboard. I am climbing up the tree into the ceiling panels. I was able to make my way out of the room through the air vents. I could hear people screaming in terror as I went down the hallway.

      2. Through the vent, I could see the horror below; blood was everywhere. I followed the path of blood, getting closer to the screams. But I woke up before reaching it. I am left wondering where I was. I am confused about what happened. Maybe it’s best to leave it as a dream.
