When we are at a low point, it is heartwarming to be able to learn from someone else. It shows that humanity still has its good deeds and good people. I grew up not being able to trust the people around me unless it was for the right reasons. I have to learn to trust others slowly. I appreciate my supervisors; being ill is rare for me on the clock. I know that most people will understand, but I hope that there were not any of therare few who don’t understand.

I had hot flashes, sweats, and deep pain in my stomach before throwing up for the first time. When it went away, I thought I could keep working, but it didn’t last long. The wave of strong nausea came back, and I tried my best not get sick in front of strangers. Luckily for me, a supervisor was nearby to help me out. I plan on thanking them the next time I see them. I know that they will understand and appreciate that I pushed myself to stay.
